- Provide Level 1/2 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.
- Provide technical support for SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms, handling incidents, service requests, and problem management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, access certifications, and policy violations.
- Maintain and optimize integrations with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud services (e.g., Azure AD, AWS), and HR systems (e.g., HRMS, EBS).
- Analyze logs and backend data to identify root causes of issues.
- Monitor system performance, job execution, and queue status to ensure health and reliability.
- Manage lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and ensure timely identity updates across systems.
- Work with development and security teams to deploy patches, updates, and minor enhancements.
- Assist in testing and validating new configurations, connector upgrades, and rule changes.
- Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
- Solid understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, provisioning workflows, and access reviews.
- Experience with identity connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP,).
- Familiarity with RBAC, access certifications, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SailPoint certification (e.g., IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNow Certified Implementation Engineer) (optional).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), SSO, and MFA integration
