Product Manager(ZISPL Job No 562)

We are seeking a Product Manager with 2–6 years of experience and a strong background in software development, who has been involved in building products from scratch. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and confident in handling cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements through close interaction with stakeholders.

• Own and drive the full product lifecycle – from ideation to delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment.

• Deeply understand and stay aligned with the current tech stack of the product.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision effectively.

• Tackle product and process challenges smartly and with clarity.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, SDLC, and agile methodologies.

• Previous hands-on experience as a software developer.

• Good knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
