Job Description

 

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales in technology 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss technology solutions confidently with clients 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Experience working with clients in the Middle East/Europe / India 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment 
  • Flexibility to work during hours that overlap with multiple time zones 
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 

Role and Responsibilities:  

  • Generate and qualify new business leads across target regions – Middle East, Europe and India 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations 
  • Understand client business challenges and articulate how ZISPL's technology solutions can address them-Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Automation, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies 
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs 
  • Navigate complex sales cycles from initial contact through to purchase order initiation 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements 
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development goals 
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitive landscape in the technology sector 
  • Experience selling enterprise software, IT services, or technology consulting 
  • Network of industry contacts in our target regions 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies
