Job Description

Seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide first and second-line technical support to internal staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for troubleshooting applications and systems, diagnosing issues, and resolving user problems ranging from basic to complex technical challenges.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Strong experience with Windows (Mandatory)

  • Mac experience is a plus (Training can be provided)
