• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Apex code and LWC components.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and more.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of developed components.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Required Skills:

• 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer II Certification.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
