Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical and competency-based requirements for each role, and design a tailored, effective recruitment process.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that meet the business’s needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective candidate pipelines.
Conduct in-depth resume screening, phone interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to optimize recruitment efforts.
Leverage data analysis and market intelligence to make informed, data-driven decisions, providing regular feedback and insights to hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Drive and manage key talent acquisition initiatives for BMC in India, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs, Employee Referral Programs, Internal talent management, recruitment branding, external recruitment events, campus hiring, and social media-based talent sourcing.
Develop recruitment strategies, execute programs, and measure ROI to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
