Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical and competency-based requirements for each role, and design a tailored, effective recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that meet the business’s needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct in-depth resume screening, phone interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Leverage data analysis and market intelligence to make informed, data-driven decisions, providing regular feedback and insights to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Drive and manage key talent acquisition initiatives for BMC in India, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs, Employee Referral Programs, Internal talent management, recruitment branding, external recruitment events, campus hiring, and social media-based talent sourcing.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, execute programs, and measure ROI to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to attract top-tier technical talent.
